All of the groups were asked to make an abstract installation on the place the group had chosen. And thus, we had to make one on dadar. We started with a lot of confusion for how to bring out the essence of a place like dadar in the form of an installation made out of A2 sheets.
We presented Dadar in the form of certain circular motion. The journey from the local station to the final destination, Kabutar Khana was expressed. After dropping out from the station, the first thing that catches everybody’s eyes is the highway after which comes the flower vendors who sweat all day long to earn a living. Then comes the vegetable sellers who fill our stomachs first. And then come the Kabutar Khana, with feathers and bird feed lying all over the ground. The most catchy thing about the place is the stinky smell spread all over it which arises from the pigeons, the highlight of the place.
