Sustainable Systems Week 2- 14/01/20

Today, we had to submit our mind-maps on our daily routine and how sustainable it is. There are several things we do and do not realise how it harms the environment. This project was extreme helpful to explore myself and know in what way do i contribute to the environment. We went through 3 sections, the pillars of sustainability that were affected by our activities, the Economy, the Society and the Environment. I was shocked at the depth of our different sustainable and non-sustainable practices could affect the world and how they are linked to different aspects of the world.

After this project, i have genuinely learned a lot and have actually started implementing different ways to make my daily activities more sustainable and better than yesterday. I have started sticking to the list of groceries instead of buying everything i like, i have started walking to the station instead of catching an auto, i have started to avoid ‘kurkure’ and rather have ‘ghar ka poha’ and trying to develop quite a few more activities to make my daily routine more sustainable.
