My selected stream for next year is Strategic Design Management. To me this field is about working out the pathway to overcome obstacle and to achieve success. It is all about critically researching, thinking, analyzing and then building up unique design strategies. Today’s world does not only require a business mastermind to handle one but also strategic designing skills to let your business stand out.
I have chosen Strategies as my element for project-2. Strategies are thoroughly planned action to achieve what we desire.
The next task give to us was to frame 5 questions based on the element we chosen from our mind map. Here are the questions i framed based on strategies:
How did industrialization affect the overall business strategies at that time and changed them in an evolutionary manner ?
How will the business strategies be formed when development and innovation is to be used as one for the transformation of a product?
How has the enormous and constant change in technology stroked on to the business strategies to change themselves?
Cost of productions is majorly affected by the production techniques of a company, how does this influence the business strategies?
In what manner are the business strategies to be modified when a company adds on the online platform for it’s customers?
Reflection: Making the mind map was quite interesting and not a tough thing for me. I had fun doing it, less art work, colorful and also researching about what i am going to pursue. This wasn’t boring, I learned more about the course, the intricate details, what it requires and a lot more. Then came the construction of the 5 questions which wasn’t an easy one. I took some advice from sir for how it was to be done because i had no clue about what should be done and was extremely confused. I was given a few ideas and then i came up with a few more and then those were the 5 final questions decided to go for.
